Scientific and rigorous research has made it clear that automation and AI is likely to render many of today’s jobs obsolete. Also, the new jobs of the 21st century may require a new set of skills. What is not clear is whether these new jobs will be distributed more evenly across all socio-racial-gender-economic segments OR will the distribution of opportunities reflect existing, entrenched inequities.
The 21cJobs program is our attempt in our own small way to attempt distributing these new opportunities more evenly across the humanity spectrum. We start with the Data Analyst Career Path Program.
